The authoress was born on 27th May, 1988. She passed her Secondary and Higher Secondary examination in 2002 and 2004, respectively with first division. She completed B.Sc. (Home Science) in 2009 and M.Sc. Foods & Nutrition in 2011 with first division from G.B.P.U.A & T., Pantnagar. She has also qualified UGC-NET during 2012.
