Vipin Marwah is a health psychologist and wellness consultant. He started his work in a leading hospital and laid the foundation for understanding of health related behavior among people. He has also been the General Manager of the largest health club in Delhi, India. His key skills involve connecting with people and motivating them to action their health and fitness goals. It always perplexed him to see folks who spent tireless hours working out but not losing weight in years. During his journey he experienced weight gain himself, despite following conventional advice.
