Also, based on zero-failure data of hull life, when zero-failure data of hull life subjects to two-parameter Weibull distribution, we studied the relationship between reliability and life of various structure hulls. The book offers hull reliability assessment method for shipyards and ship consumers under zero-failure of hull life condition, which are comprehensive E-Bayes estimation method, lower confidence limit estimation of hull reliability model and lower confidence limit estimation of hull reliable life model. Using E-Bayes method, we estimated hull failure rate under zero-failure data and failure data conditions respectively, and we got the comprehensive failure rate of hull by their weighted composite.
