Gaofeng Yi is Director, Office of Humanities and Social Sciences at Yancheng Teachers University, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, China. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University as a Doctor of Management Science and Engineering and continued postdoctoral research at Zhejiang University. He was previously a visiting academic scholar at Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester, UK. He is one of the leading scholars in the field of business management and university governance and university-industry linkages in China. He has over 10 years of teaching and research experience in these fields of research. He has various publications on the topic of university-industry relations. Venni V Krishna is Professorial Fellow at the University of New South Wales, Australia. He was elected as Fellow of the Royal Society of New South Wales, Australia, in 2019. He is a leading scholar with over 30 years' research and teaching experience in the fields of science, technology and society studies, research and innovation in higher education in the Asia-Pacific region and sociology of science and technology and inclusive innovation. He is the author of Universities in the National Innovation Systems: Experiences from Asia-Pacific (2018). He is also Editor in Chief of Science, Technology and Society. Xinpei Zhang is Institutional Researcher at the Office of Strategic Planning, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. She was a visiting scholar at the School of Education, University of California, Davis,USA during 2013-2014. Her current research focuses on university innovation ecosystems, university development strategies, institutional research and think tank organizations. She has published papers and books in leading journals and press in the fields of higher education. She has obtained competitive research grants from the Ministry of Education of China. Yuheng Jiang obtained his PhD degree from the Graduate School of Education, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and currently works in Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Education, Fujian Province, China. His current research focuses on university innovation ecosystems and the social reputation of research-oriented universities. He has published papers in leading Chinese journals and obtained competitive research grants from National Science Foundation of China.
