Ksenia Kirillova is Associate Professor of Hospitality Marketing and Vice-Head for research at Institut Lyfe (ex-Institut Paul Bocuse) in France. Ksenia is the author of over 50 publications in leading tourism and hospitality academic journals in the domains of consumer experiences, with the special focus on transformative intra-personal changes. Prior to the academic career, Ksenia enjoyed nine years in the high-end food and beverage sector. is an Associate Professor at Institut Lyfe (ex- Institut Paul Bocuse), France, with expertise corporate social responsibility (CSR), ethical consumption experience, and revenue management. His industry background includes treasury and business control management in the global telecoms industry; he has also been a partner in a consulting business focused on transforming CSR into a strategic tool to instigate stakeholder benefits. Xinran Lehto is a Professor in the White Lodging-J.W. Marriott, Jr. School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) at Purdue University. Dr. Lehto's expertise area lies in experience design, management, and marketing in tourism and hospitality. Her research focuses on delivering optimal experiences and services that enhance consumer well-being. Dr. Lehto views the well-being of travelers and communities as the foundation for all tourism marketing and planning strategies. She considers the design of wellness-centered tourism as both a social responsibility and a strategic advantage for destinations and hospitality businesses.
