Relaxing and thinking less may seem simple and even easy, but very often it is not the case, especially since for several years, with the advent of new information and communication technologies, remote work, and social networks, our environment is no longer natural as before, it is rather characterized by the intensification of work rhythms, psychological illnesses, stress, etc. The world has turned into a small interconnected campaign, the era has turned into an ultimate epoch of psychological crisis par excellence, people have been transformed into human-machines... Therefore thinking less, indeed optimizing thoughts, becomes extremely important if we agree that we are what we think, and if we will want to improve the quality of our life in such circumstances. Among the most widespread psychological problems these days: we find thinking too much about things that have already happened, especially those that hurt us, the truth of this talk is clear in our lives and its testimonies are found in the daily life of many of us: we are all tired of thinking every night before sleeping about the situations experienced during the day, tired of sleeping badly, tired of waking up tired in the morning, and consequently being in a bad mood. You look around you, people who spend pleasant days and nights, who wake up in a good mood, and who forget easily the clashes, while you, you are all the time nailed, the ribs bent, to think about the subjects that arouse your anger, you are tired of being disconnected all the time from the present time which escapes from you without you realized it. At work, you can no longer focus on your missions, your manager and your colleagues notice that you are in another world. At home, you find it difficult to feel "here and now" with your family, your relatives, and your friends, an engine which turns without mercy in your head makes you systematically thinking of a work in progress or an old argument, this guilt prevents you from living fully your moments of rest. Outside you find it hard to enjoy nature, and to live in the present moment when, on top of that, those you love point out to you and ask you to relax. Therefore thinking too much becomes unbearable and you would like to cut ties with it and feel relaxed, you would like so much to be the sole master of your thoughts and to be their only author.
