Ms. Mital Kathiriya is curently working as a senior research assistant at Anand Agricultural Uniersity, Anand, Gujarat, India. She has worked on probiotic and functional properties of lactic acid bacteria. She has also published many research and review articles on the theme of dairy microbiology.
