Yohannes Workeaferahu Elifneh is a lecturer of Management at Addis Ababa University. He earned an MSc Degree in Management studies from Wageningen University and Research Center, The Netherlands, and a BA Degree in Management from Addis Ababa University. His research interests are in HRM,CSR,Strategic management,and Entrepreneurship.
