Kipa also tried to catch improvements and to solve its internal problems. Thus, they have carried out this work with the University of Marmara.The main findings of that work are that against changes, you have to also reorganize your internal and external processes otherwise there is no way to compete against new international competitors as well as national ones. China has stared its production by cheap production strategy and Kipa couldn't make its products as cheap as China and they wanted to improve their quality to get better advantages. The whole work is about to prepare Kipa to its future.

I was born in Batman city which is in Northeast of Turkey.I have studied Industrial Engineering at Marmara University. I have done my master at FHOOW Emden/Germany.
