Autorenporträt
Yasutaka Kojima was born in 1942 and currently works as a Buddhist monk. He is also a representative of Academic Research Organization for Niya, Bukkyo University and a special, cultural adviser to Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Government, China. He has visited Xinjiang more than 140 times since 1982 and contributed there in the fields of 100 or so, including preservation and research of cultural assets, human resources development and the promotion of mutual understanding between Japan and China.
