Establishing a link between the persistence in the blood, the degree of atherosclerotic damage to the vessels and the current, the effects and the repeated STMK, the proxy potentiating effect of the virus infection on the modelled atherosclerotic process. With the help of experimental data, new stages of cerebral vessel atherogenesis have been discovered, which make it possible to consider the result of the endothelium reaction on the effect of the virus.A comparison of the spectrum of viruses herpes in atherosclerotic plaques and blood was carried out, and a link was established between certain types of viruses and the embologies of the plaque, as well as the stage of BCA stenosis. The role of the viruses as a risk factor of adverse functional consequences and recurrence of stroke has been proved, the increase of risk is shown when the number of virus types in association is increased.A mathematical model for predicting a repeated stroke with high predictive cynicity, sensitivityspecificity (by using step-by-step multivariate binary logistic regression) was developed, which predicted the presence of HSV1, CMV, RNA Flu, and TCIM in the patient.
