Chapter 1 and 2 of the book provides an ozone brief history and basic understanding of the gas discharge. A review of physical configuration and the electrical parameters is presented in Chapter 3. In Chapter 4, a study is made of the stability of the APGD. A comparative study between APGD and PSD is presented in Chapter 5. Chapter 6 presents the effect of a cross magnetic field on an AC corona and the PSD techniques. Chapter 7 describes the use of dimensional analysis in investigating the effect of the electrical and the discharge configuration parameters of a PSD. The analysis and results presented in this book should help in designing a small and large size of ozone generator and should be especially useful to the technical in ozone industries or anyone else who may considering designing their own ozone generator.
