Scientific Study from the year 2020 in the subject Health - Sport - Kinematics and Training Theory, grade: 1,3, Wroclaw University of Technology (Tourismus und Freizeitsport), language: English, abstract: Due to the growing interest in this form of activity, new varieties of this type of training are rapidly appearing. For this purpose, the objective of the authors' work is to determine the impact of endurance and strength fitness training on the body composition and physical fitness of young women. In recent years, our lifestyle has become increasingly important for maintaining health. Many chronic civilization diseases are caused by abnormal health behaviours, such as poor eating habits, insufficient level of physical activity or body fat. In scientific research, it has been proven that many of them could be avoided by modifying behaviour. It is said that some people tend to lead an unhealthy, while others choose a healthy lifestyle. More and more people are leaning towards the second option. The reasons for this should be seen in the many benefits of a healthy lifestyle.Health training can be a form of disease prevention and treatment. Over the years, it has been proven to be an alternative to drug treatment. It is usually implemented by individuals already affected by disease. Very often, it is applied in the form of walking/Nordic walking/running, swimming or fitness training. In publications on health education, the theory of health training, public health or sociology of health, the English term physical activity plays a major role. It has been numerously indicated that there are positive connections between rational physical activity and health. With age, the body's adaptability decreases, which is why it is so important to perform physical exercises to maintain physical fitness and reduce the development dynamics of many diseases for which reduced physical activity is a significant risk factor. Women increasingly appreciate the need to participate in various forms of physical activity as they begin to notice the benefits of an active lifestyle.
