Autorenporträt
Ellie Horan spent much of her early life in selected solitude, deep in imagination but also within social struggle and emotional expression. School was hard for Ellie as she felt that she didn't fit in. Ellie continually found herself in a world of her own, creating imaginary games and living in a self-made fantasy. It was later in life that it was discovered that the family traits were wall-to-wall Neurodivergence and so Ellie set out to learn all she could which aided her in recognising signs of Autism and ADHD in herself and also her son.As a single mum she has discovered powerful techniques through experience and research, which has led her on a journey of interest and passion to impart some of the communication methods she has learnt along the way. Her desire is to help and show parents/carers and their kids that it is possible to hold all the feelings for people in our lives as well as ourselves and to move through our big feelings with compassion and understanding.
