Many devices and consumers are used according to the type of work that needs to be done during the day in social and business life. In addition to the fast and high-quality transmission of the energy to be transmitted to these devices, there may be changes in the active and reactive components, which are the components of the electrical power consumed over time. While active power consumers represent the useful power they need, reactive power is an undesirable electrical power component at very high values. In this study, an inverter that can produce 9-level alternating voltage from peak to peak and a switched and timed system that can add active and reactive power components to the load or transmission line at different time intervals is presented. While the converted power quality is ensured by a 9-level inverter in the total time of the conversion, the active and reactive power components on the load are provided by a pair of reverse-connected and diode-blocking power switches. The proposed system is tested on different loads for different time intervals and many results are obtained.
