Firstly, we have conduction phenomena and obtained its solution procedure in finite element method. Then we use standard galerkin finite element for transient heat conduction convection phenomena. At the end, we selected Characteristics Galerkin FEM which is none error free as compared to other method. In the last, we used Characteristics based splitting GFEM for solving the industrial problem. We have found useful results. The method can further the used extended to other industrial problems.
