In addition to that, the author has taken a great deal in unpacking the contents of the legislations discussed. Also, the article examines the rights of some groups, for instance there is an article on the rights of employees. This can be very useful to employees in Tanzania.

È un avvocato della Corte Suprema e dei tribunali subordinati della Tanzania continentale; è membro della Tanganyika Law Society (TLS), l'associazione degli avvocati della Tanzania continentale. È un avvocato esperto.
