Listening has been the Cinderella skill despite its key role in EFL learning. Based on this assumption, this book suggests redesigning listening tasks from a constructivist perspective to save listening from being the neglected skill and make it more real-life like. Depending on the research findings, a number of implications for teaching are suggested. In addition, sample constructivist listening activities are provided so that they can give teachers and educators some ideas that they can integrate into their own teaching listening contexts.
