Life has a way of leading us to our fate, and Tammy Gallagher's life was no exception. She became overweight in her twenties, developed high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and developed Crohn's disease in her late forties. She spent most of her adult life in the residential development industry but found herself leaving the industry in 2018 as she realized she was trading her health for money. She was operating on autopilot and wasn't happy, so she sought to change.Tammy learned that 'giving up' is never an option, and she finally returned to college in her fifties to get the degree she wanted. Tammy is a functional nutrition and lifestyle practitioner and author; best yet she received her health and life back. She now shares the wisdom gained from her experience and education with others as a means of encouragement and support.Tammy decided that she wanted to give back more to the world than she had been able to do by continuing her journey toward mastering a healthy body and mind and authored books sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
