The lean practice presented in these treaties is a result of the research study on performance of a typical SME unit before and after the implementation of appropriate lean tools. Study of lean awareness among the workers of the firm. Implementation of lean tools in level 1 and level 2. Measurement of the basic key performance indicators like DL Productivity, DL Efficiency, TEEP, OEE and QAP PPM. Analysis of the measured values and relevant remedial measures like Kaizen, SMED, Hoshin and QRQC.

Dr. M. Yogesh (Diplom-Ingenieur) erwarb einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Maschinenbau (2005), einen Master of Technology (2008), einen Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management (2016) und einen Doktortitel (2017). Derzeit arbeitet er als außerordentlicher Professor und Leiter am Mount Zion College of Engineering, Pathanamthitta, Kerala, Indien.
