However partially finished or finished product in a batch or lot has to be accepted or rejected before it reaches the consumer. To control the quality of the finished product, acceptance sampling plans are widely used. However, the literature shows that the sampling plan system is inadequate for the engineers at the shaft floor in different situations. Hence in this project, a novel relational mixed chain sampling plans is being developed by relating the results of current lot with that of number of previous lots.. The designing procedure and algorithm to sentence the lot is explained clearly. Also a research algorithm known to be operating procedure of mixed Modified Complete Chain sampling plans for inexpensive items during inspection or testing is developed and presented. The complete Chain sampling plan gives double protection to the consumer while giving pressure on the producer to maintain the quality of the lots.The Probability of acceptance and the related measures are given and tables are constructed for the easy selection of the plans.

I am working as Assistant Professor in Department of Mathematics at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore, for the past 22 years.
