Tawfik Ismail received the B.S. with an honor's degree in the department of Electronics and Communication, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Giza, Egypt, in 2001. Tawfik is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering Application of Laser, National Institute of Laser Enhanced Science, Cairo University, Egypt
