This is a story about Dagny, and how I loved her after the first date and how she broke my heart after the second and why that was the best thing that could have happened. ...at least that's what I tell myself now, so it hurts less. But she awakened something in me that reminded me of God and art and feelings and how to be whole and why suffering is really potential creativity, and that thing is in you too. Using poetry, doodles, paint, words, and an honest story, this book ties all these things together, and reminds us that, maybe we all can heal and feel and love and know God, together.

About the Historian:Compiling an history of a town is a unique project. I have had to dig through old archives and learn numerous dialects of beastspeak. They often refused to open up until after hours of rubbing their big old bellies. In order to prepare for this undertaking, I attended Moody Bible Institute for a degree in Communications, then Denver Seminary for a Masters in Theology. I also had to write ten previous books just to prepare for the monumental undertaking of writing the history and documentation for an entire town. Some titles are: open hands, Bad Timing, All the Immortal Things that Live Inside of Us, and How to Understand the Entire Universe. These are all available on the internet.I also maintain a blog at www.ethanrenoe.com, where you can read not only about Crumb Hill, but many other wonderful things! Follow Crumb Hill on Instagram at @crumbhill.Follow the historian on everything at @ethanrenoe.Thank you for reading this volume and we hope to continue to document the fascinating history of Crumb Hill for epochs to crumb!-Ethan Renoe
