Shi Victor Vincent stammt aus Katsina Ala, im Bundesstaat Benue in Nigeria. Er hat einen B.A. in Englisch von der Benue State University, Makurdi 2007. Er hat auch ein professionelles Diplom in Pädagogik an der ABU, Zaria, erworben. Derzeit promoviert er in Literatur an der Benue State University.
