Dr. Walt Witham completed his dual specialization Ph.D. in Financial Management and Criminal Justice from Northcentral University and now teaches at several institutions. The focus of his research takes an interdisciplinary approach, in this case bridging the fields of Financial Management and Criminal Justice.
