Many research and studies talked about the performance of the evaluation, but most of the papers did not get close to the real evaluation. In this book, we presented different data mining techniques, then these techniques worked together to predict one result. By applying this result, the complaints of workers have decreased by 15% in seven months. The study did not ignore any attributes, the attributes handled in the algorithms of data mining to extract the important knowledge about the performance of evaluation for the workers in Libyan company.
