Nelson Udoh moved to Hamburg for his film degree last year. The 21 year old sees narratives as the modern socratic dialogues; not only do you go on a journey with larger than life characters but also take a lesson from it, that will ideally stick with you for life. What makes someone unique, what makes someone human and if other beings would fit that definition are questions the filmmaker explores in his first trilogy.
