American Centre for Disease Control and Prevention classified bioterrorism according to threat level which represent as Category A, Category B and Category C. To respond to human, animal and plant bio-threat agents a number of laboratory facilities are needed. The laboratories must be equipped with appropriate and evaluated instruments that also are operational in a BSL-3 or BSL-4laboratory. Research and development activities between first responders, forensic institutes and public health officials are required during pandemic if needed.
