This book highlights the Development of Cadastral Information System using Geospatial Techniques for the improvement of an integrated Land management system in the case of Tepi Town, South Western Regional State of Ethiopia. Nowadays, Population growth and economic development in the world have created an exponential increase in the demand for land for various purposes. However, the system of land information storing, analyzing and retrieving remains, in most cases, conventional way which leads to a disorganized development of land resources. Therefore the book describes a database application model for better planning and other administrative purposes, and to enable sustainable development and environmental protection by storing, analyzing, displaying, retrieving and monitoring any particular plot of land. consequently, "cadaster" is an important public inventory documenting the records of ownership, bordering and responsibility regarding the land with "title deeds" to parcels and answering the questions of "whose land, where and how much".
