The research was conducted in Laelay Mychew Woreda, in Centeral Zone of Tigray National Regional State, Ethiopia. In the study, challenges of agricultural input credit and loan repayment performance of member borrowers were considered. In order to carry out the stated objective of the research, two groups of borrowers were identified, the first one who had repaid their 2007/8 production year input credit on due time and the other one who did not. The data used in the analysis were drawn from four affiliated cooperatives of Haweltti Union. The technique of a two stage random sampling procedure was followed to select 4 affiliated cooperatives and 120 input credit member borrowers in the study area. Both primary and secondary data were collected from sample households and respective organizations in the study area respectively and analyzed using descriptive statistics and logit model. Descriptive statistics, t-test andtest and Logit model were used.
