From her sassy southern flare to her savvy "big city" street smarts, Kiffany knows a thing or two about overcoming obstacles and living her true purpose. As a multi-talented entrepreneur, best-selling author and speaker, her passion is empowering young girls and women to rediscover that that thing that makes them special. Growing up in Mississippi surrounded by southern bells and then relocating to Michigan, Kiffany was surrounded by strong women that taught her style and grace. On the surface, Kiffany exuded these characteristics, but internally she was battling low self-esteem and depression. Each time she looked in the mirror she struggled to see what everyone else saw. After years of battling depression, anxiety, and a chronic physical illness, Kiffany found the inner strength to write and self-publish her debut fiction novel: The Green Eyed Butterfly changing her life forever. Kiffany says, "Writing The Green Eyed Butterfly began as a cathartic outlet to escape my own chaotic existence and transport myself to another world. Finishing my book, gave me an overwhelming sense of accomplishment and I knew that I'd found my true purpose and nothing was impossible. Anything is possible if you dare to try." After an eleven-year career in the mental health and social services field watching damaged young girls evolve into broken women, Kiffany decided that she'd done all she could to make a positive change from behind a desk. Kiffany believes that most of us spend a lifetime searching for something that is already inside of us waiting for us to have faith and trust that we are worthy of greatness. Armed with a sincere heart and fiery spirit, Kiffany motivates, empowers and equips women with the tools to rediscover that power that makes them extraordinary.
