The paper considers a scientific approach to the formation of common digital platforms and standards for economic management of the country based on a mathematical model of clustering digital platforms. On the basis of the analysis of approaches to their description the original definition of such a platform for the removal of uncertainty in connection with multiple interpretations of this concept is proposed. It is shown that the basis of the clustering model is the technology for synthesis of optimal information systems at the enterprise level. Theoretical basis of such technology was the ideas of A.I. Kitov and V.M. Glushkov about the National Automated System of Information Collection and Processing for Accounting, Planning and Management of National Economy in the USSR. As an illustration of the universality of the obtained digital platforms and standards are given some technological operations in a number of industries: agriculture, construction, logistics, pharmaceuticals. Options of practical application of the received digital platform in remote sensing of the Earth and in geo-information systems, in logistics, in calculation of requirements of IT-specialists in digital economy are considered.
