However, the presence within this system of a multitude of social subjects of activity (countries, classes, etc.), whose interests and goals are essentially different, causes contradictions and conflicts, on the basis of which global problems of different scale and character arise.

Andrey Tikhomirov se graduó en el Instituto Pedagógico del Estado de Orenburg en 1986 con una licenciatura en historia, ciencias sociales, estado y derecho, trabajó como profesor en escuelas secundarias y universidades y editó periódicos.
