Ferim Gashi nació el 01/09/1976 en Klinë ,Kosova. Se graduó en la Universidad de Prishtina, en Kosovo, y luego continuó sus estudios en la BTH, en Suecia, donde obtuvo un máster en ordenación del territorio europeo y desarrollo regional. Ahora es candidato a doctor en la Universidad de Tirana (Albania).
