Bobur Otaboyev graduated from the Tashkent State Law University in 2019 with a bachelor's degree, and in 2021 with a master's degree from the Russian State People's Friendship Institute. Since 2021, he has been working as a teacher at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Anti-Corruption at Tashkent State Law University.
