India has 28 states and 7 union territories and each having their own regional languages apart from Hindi as a National Language and speaks in most of the part in India. Also in India, majority of population lives in rural areas having limited resources. The cultural and social bio-diversities within functional context should be considered as these vary from one region and community to the other.
