Rev. Hubert WATONGOKA LUTALA is a university professor with a PhD in development sociology and a DSA in African social engineering. He is Rector of the Simon Kimbangu University in Bukavu (DRC) and promoter of the Université Libre de Mwenga in Kamituga (DRC). He is a licensed Kimbanguist pastor of the Nkamba Bible School.
