The Oil and Gas industry is always in search of new technological investments in order to improve, correct or facilitate the obstacles encountered, one of the difficulties present in the process, are the blockages caused by hydrates that are nothing more than crystals formed by a minimum amount of water in a gas production, which exposed to low temperature and high pressure solidify interrupting the flow in the pipelines.In order to facilitate the flow in the pipeline, several techniques were developed to act before and after the formation of hydrate and one of them are the hydrate inhibitors. Thus, this work aims to gather information about these chemical agents, helping the user to choose the best inhibitor, to calculate the concentration, the quantity and the cost, depending on the field data. Applying python concepts in a text editor it was obtained a computational web tool capable of finding the types of inhibitors, the concentration, the amount, the injection rate and the cost of the operation from the input parameters.
