Galamgam, Victor Sherwin
He is currently the Dean of the College of Engineering and Architecture of the Pangasinan State University, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is with the university since August 1998 and he has been teaching Mathematics and Computer Engineering subjects. He isa holder of a Doctor of Philosophy degree.
