When identification between genotypes, morphological methods using firstly, followed by the modern bio-chemical methods, especially when differences among morphological characteristics unclear. The technique polymerase chain reaction integrated is considered as effective system to identification genotypes. Thus, this study recommends using the PCR technique, despite the high cost.
