The objectives of the work are basically two. First, it aims to publicize the proposal of the Andean Community in relation to social development, particularly in the area of education. Secondly, it aims to generate a reflection on the extent to which this initiative is an element of support to the programs of the CAN countries for the eradication of major inequalities and social exclusion in the Andean subregion.
