In this study, different formulations of polyurethane foam were prepared and the produced polymer was characterized by measuring of compressive strength, tensile strength and SEM. Consequently, studying the effect of the prepared polyurethane foam on the properties of hardened cement mortar mixes by evaluating thermal and sound insulation and compare the results with mixes containing no polymer.
