Dr. Alok Pratap Singh hat einen Abschluss in Veterinärmedizin der G B Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. Er hat seinen Master in Tierernährung am NDRI in Karnal gemacht. Er ist auch Empfänger eines ICAR JRF. Er trat 2011 in das National Dairy Development Board of India ein und ist seither aktiv an verschiedenen Forschungsaktivitäten des Boards beteiligt.
