The purpose of this research was to find out if the HIIT training method is efficient when it comes to sports training. The sample consisted of 8 people, between 19 and 34 years of age, divided into a control group and an experimental group, each of which consisted of 4 people, 3 men and 1 woman for each group. The aim of the research was to establish the changes in body composition, resting heart rate and maximum oxygen consumption when HIIT physical training is applied. This work is quasi-experimental, because there are two groups, an experimental group to which a HIT method was applied during 10 sessions and a control group that continued with its conventional continuous training. Assignment to each group was by convenience, and measurements were taken before and after the intervention. The results indicate that there were no significant differences in the variables evaluated.

Nach meinem Abschluss im Jahr 2018 habe ich mein technisches Wissen und meine praktischen und sportlichen Fähigkeiten, die ich bereits während meines einjährigen Aufenthalts in einem Fußballsportverein zu entwickeln begonnen hatte, erweitert. Und ich habe meine akademische Ausbildung in Physiotherapie fortgesetzt. Ich habe ein Diplom in Sporternährung erworben.
