John Abdul Kargbo es profesor titular del Instituto de Biblioteconomía, Información y Comunicación (INSLICS) del Fourah Bay College de la Universidad de Sierra Leona. También es doblemente director del Instituto. Tiene un máster en Biblioteconomía y Estudios de la Información y lleva quince años enseñando Metodología de la Investigación tanto a estudiantes como a estudiantes de grado.
