The author was born in December 12, 1967, AgamRegency, West Sumatera, Indonesia. Now he is an Assist. Prof. of FKEE UTHM Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in Control & Intr Eng UTM Malaysia in 2006, M.Eng inControl & Intr Eng sandwich program between ITBIndonesia and FH Karlsruhe Germany in 2008, and hisB.Eng in EE from UBH Indonesia
