The aim of this study was to observe the mycelial growth optimization and exopolysaccharides production by using Response Surface Methodology (Box-Behnken design) of Phyllosticta sp and to get the polysaccharides from Phyllosticta sp. extraction process was carried out. Thin layer chromatography analysis of exopolysaccharides from Phyllosticta sp. Further, cytotoxic and antiproliferative effect of exopolysaccharides was tried on Human epidermoid cancer cells (HEp2 cells).
