A company is a hierarchical organisation that implements material, human and financial means to produce goods and services that will be made available or sold to consumers. From the above, we note that for an organisation to qualify as an enterprise, there must be an instituted management system or arrangement. Management systems are supposed to contain the compartments on which any serious business relies, they are formatted around disciplines such as accounting, finance, strategy, taxation, human resources, marketing, ... without which an entity could not function normally. In most cases, all of these management-dependent subdivisions work in synergy in an operational manner. As far as we are concerned, the marketing department, service or subdivision is the one in charge of analysing the commercial environment in which the company is located, which is characterised by the market, competitors for example, customer satisfaction; which requires an understanding of the expectations of the prospect or consumer.
