The main purpose of this publication is to explain why quality and quality management are very important parts of Business Management. The publication consists of two main parts. In the first part, author focuses on the present, but also on the future of Business Management. This part contains brief description of the present situation in Business Management and modern trends in this area. The second, bigger part is entirely focused on "quality" itself. There is explained the importance of "quality" and why entrepreneurs, manufacturers and service providers must deal with quality management and quality improvement of products and services.
