Pierina Catherine Norabuena Trejo, économiste de profession, est titulaire d'un master en politique sociale avec une spécialisation en gestion de projets et programmes sociaux de l'université nationale Santiago Antúnez de Mayolo. Elle est actuellement chargée de cours dans cette même université et spécialiste de l'investissement.
